Business insurance is often overlooked when we start businesses especially 'side Hussle' businesses. Also, your turn over isn't going to be much and work sporadic to start, but would you drive a car 'occasionally' and not be insured? Ok driving a car without insurance is illegal and running a businesses (without employees) is not illegal but doing both badly could be costly.
JCA Incubation is working with an insurance broker who is going to come in to 20 Hannover Square shortly to give us a talk on insurance and business.
In the mean time if you are trading and un insured please come and see me and we can discuss and speak to a broker for expert advice. With low turnover insurance might not be as costly as you might imagine.
